It's great. ...I get juice plus from my cousin. It's great. I'm glad you've discovered that. <br /><br />I've been on a 3 year journey to work on my kids diets. We no longer consume white flour regularly. I make whole wheat & oatmeal pancakes. The kids eat steel cut oats instead of those crazy packets. Andmy next trend will be buying plain yogurt and adding our own fruit. My kids will drink V8 (the regular one) and I'm starting juicing...to increase their fruit and veggie count. We can usually get 5 servings in...and often 5-9, but 9-13 is tough. Especially when also trying to get in the # of grams of fiber, servings of dairy, and water. There is no room for junk. <br /><br />Since learning to read, and having family members with health issues, my kids are concerned with the sugar and sodium in packaged snacks.
